We recently had carpets replaced in our home by Ashley Fine Floors. Our experience began a few weeks ago when we visited their show room. We were met by Mitch who patiently suggested several examples of carpets in the colours and fabric we were... looking for. We signed out samples and once we selected the one we wanted, Mitch came out to the house to measure the areas requiring the new carpet. We were presented with a written quote and put a deposit down. The carpet was ordered and took a couple weeks to arrive. Due to the complexity of our staircase, Dave was assigned to our project. In 2 days the work was completed and we are extremely pleased with the result. Mitch came back out to see the final result and make sure we were happy! As part of our new amazing home Ashley Floors did the tiling as well as the LVP throughout. And it looks amazing and Susan accompanied us from the selection process all the way to after possession. We had the feeling that Ashley Floors considers... every project to be their most important one. And should Les do your install, he is probably the best around in Alberta. Was helped by David to select carpet for our family room. He was thorough to explain pros and cons to different materials and it was easy to sign out samples to see what they looked like in our home. Install was booked easily and day / time kept.... Installer was professional and of quality workmanship. I self-performed install of Vinyl Plank on my upstairs but was not satisfied with the results nor how long it took. For the basement, I had Ashley Fine Floors provide materials and install. Amazing service, great staff. Delivery and corospandance made within a timely manner. I will definitly shop here again.After previously trying flooring from a local big box store for our basement reno, we ended up losing money on it and having to... return most of it. I did a lot of research and had a hard time finding info on anything worth using that wasn't a big waste of money.Eventually I finally decided to give Ashly Fine Floors a try.Even though we had a fixed budget I didn't feel pressured or looked down upon for not being able to spend an exorbitant amount of money.Instead the salesman listened to our needs, answered all of my many questions and showed us what we wanted according to what I described. He made suggestions on what we might need for the installation but didn't push any of the expensive stuff on us and I was very satisfied with how they helped us find what we wanted.We had someone come in from thier store to install our stairs and let me say I was impresses by thier standards. The contractor was professional and kind we got along great and the final product was amazingly done, it was completed in one day.I have yet to install the rest of the flooring since we are installing the rest ourselves but what I'm seeing so far is amazing. The flooring is of a good quality, feels durable and actually feels like it will last a long time.I'm looking forward to the final product all laid out and I'm so happy I found this store.read more

I thought replacing my floor would be a pain. Wrong. I am 120% satisfied. Anthony was my sales rep, he is amazing. Fast replies, super helpful and even squeezed in my flooring before I leave the province for work.The floor delivery team were super... nice and are so accommodating.The installer was amazing. Meticulous work, super clean and ridiculously nice. He even asked if I would mind if he put a water bottle in my fridge.When the installer removed the trim underneath my kitchen cabinet, it wasn’t re-usable as they are typical condo cheap cabinets, he went to a supply store and purchased some trim to fix it.He also did my entire condo in two days, so impressed. Cannot recommend this place enough. Completely pain free renovation!I also shopped around, and they have the best prices by far, for quality work.read more
