I thought replacing my floor would be a pain. Wrong. I am 120% satisfied. Anthony was my sales rep, he is amazing. Fast replies, super helpful and even squeezed in my flooring before I leave the province for work.The floor delivery team were super... nice and are so accommodating.The installer was amazing. Meticulous work, super clean and ridiculously nice. He even asked if I would mind if he put a water bottle in my fridge.When the installer removed the trim underneath my kitchen cabinet, it wasn’t re-usable as they are typical condo cheap cabinets, he went to a supply store and purchased some trim to fix it.He also did my entire condo in two days, so impressed. Cannot recommend this place enough. Completely pain free renovation!I also shopped around, and they have the best prices by far, for quality work.read more

Many thanks to Ashley and her team for the excellent work they did installing the heated tile bathroom floor in our condominium! This was all done long distance from coordinating the on site inspection, to choosing the 12"x24" tile and groat. While... another company took 1 week to return my initial phone call, Ashley took 1 day! She was a dream to work with! We will definitely choose them when we do the rest of our flooring in the future.read more
